About

This started with a simple frustration: too many good ideas disappear in private.

People learn hard lessons while trying to build businesses. Then those lessons get lost. This site is being built so practical knowledge can be shared, questioned, improved, and used by the next person.

A thoughtful founder workspace with local business notes, product photos, blueprint sketches, and a laptop.

Built from real work

Less theory. More useful next steps.

Why this exists

The first question is simple.

Can a public plan become practical enough that a real person could test it in their own city?

Blueprint-first

Start with the plan. Let questions, answers, examples, and warnings make it better over time.

Grounded in small business

The first plan focuses on local shops because the problem is easy to understand and possible to test.

Neutral and community-first

This should not secretly push everyone toward one service provider. The public plan comes first.

Clear boundaries

Some things do not belong here yet.

We will not handle payments between users.
We will not run bidding, escrow, or commissions.
We will not publish private emails or phone numbers.
We will not turn this into a project management tool.
We will not promise guaranteed income.
We will not make this a hidden sales funnel.

The next step is participation.

Read the first plan. Ask what is missing. Help make it clearer for someone who may actually try it.
